We can give you the reply in 24 hours with our professional suggestions. Our main products are backpack, running bags, hiking bags, hockey bags, sports bags, leisure/casual bags, promotion bags, cosmetic bags, cooler bags, shopping bags, travelling bags, waist bag, trolley bag, handbags, wallets and so on. We have around 200 workers in our factory now. Our monthly production capacity is around 200,000pcs basic backpack. Our factory have passed factory audit like BSCI, ISO9001. We well understand on European and American testing requirements.

Can I get a sample? How is the sample charge?
Yes, we can send you sample to test our products quality. The charge details can be discussed with our sales-service person.
What is the MOQ?
For products in stock, MOQ is 10 pieces per type. For customization, MOQ depends on the craft: simple craft is 50 pieces, complicated craft is 100 pieces per style.
Can you produce according to the samples or drawings?
Yes, we can produce according to your samples or technical drawings. We prefer PC files saved in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
What are your terms of payment?
(1) Sample and Mould cost prepaid; (2) 30% deposit prior to mass production; (3) Balance prepaid after Inspection, before shipment.
What is the lead time?
Sample lead time is 7-15 days. Production lead time is 30-50 days upon receipt of sample approval and advanced payment.
How to solve quality problems after sales?
Show us clear photos or video of the problem, we will provide a satisfied solution within 24 hours after confirming the problem.
