How About The Shipping Cost?
If your goods are not large, we can send them via courier (FEDEX, DHL). For large orders, we send by sea and provide competitive quotes for your choice.
How long is the sample lead time?
We usually provide existing samples for quality checks. For custom designs, the sample lead time is typically 3-10 days.
Can The Price Be Cheaper?
The price depends on your demand (shape, size, quantity). Usually, you can get a better price for large volume orders.
Why do you charge a sample fee?
We need to order materials for customized designs, pay for printing/embroidery, and designer labor. The fee is refundable when the order reaches a certain quantity.
What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T (30% deposit, balance after order completion), Paypal, and L/C.
