Sure, of course, OEM printing logo is welcomed based on MOQ. Please show Brand Licensing and provide original logo file.
Why do the colors look different than the online photos?
There are many factors that could slightly change the color, including computer monitor settings, lighting during photography, and personal display preferences. We take photos of the exact products being sold.
Which shipping ways are available and how to track?
We offer shipping by sea to your nearest port, by air to your nearest airport, or by express (DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, EMS) to your door. A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped.
What should I do if my package has missing products?
Please contact us timely and take pictures of all products received. We will confirm your order with our warehouse immediately to resolve the issue.
What if I receive broken products in my order?
Generally, a broken rate of 1%-3% is normal. If it exceeds 3%, please send pictures in time, and we will compensate you in your next order.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Bank Transfer, Western Union, or Escrow. A 30% deposit is required for mass production.
