We accept small orders for stock items. For OEM customization (logos, etc.), MOQ typically starts at 300pcs per color depending on the item.
2. What is the expected delivery time?
Stock orders are dispatched within 2-7 days. OEM and custom orders require a lead time of 30-60 days based on production requirements.
3. Which payment methods do you accept?
For small amounts, we accept PayPal, Western Union, Credit Cards, and Trade Assurance. For larger orders, T/T bank transfers and L/C are accepted.
4. How is the product quality guaranteed?
All branded items are 100% waterproof and machine-tested. We conduct a 4-step QC process: material check, production check, 48-hour functional test, and final one-by-one inspection before packing.
5. Do you provide logistics tracking?
Yes, a tracking number is provided within 1-2 days of shipment. We use premium carriers like UPS (12-15 days), DHL, and FedEx (7-10 days) and follow up on all logistics updates.
6. Can I add my own logo to the products?
Yes, we provide OEM services. Logos can be marked on dials, case backs, buckles, or crowns according to your specific requirements.
